NeverForgetHer is a premium gift curation and delivery service. We select, package, and deliver gifts on your behalf for special occasions. We are currently in pre-launch (waitlist phase).
Joining the waitlist is free and does not obligate you to purchase. We will notify you when the service launches. You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by contacting us.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services.
When our service launches, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information for orders and billing.
Prices are listed on our website and may change without notice. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Refund policies will be detailed at launch.
We make every effort to deliver gifts on time. However, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by NFH LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NFH LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
